    1. Appeal Process - Discussion and Vote on whether to have an appeals process for requests that have been denied (i.e. late submission, missing consultation process, etc.).
      1. If the committee votes to have an appeal process, then we will convene a subcommittee to develop a process for the full committee to review and adopt.
