- Akirah says that she gives her full support to the group.
- Andy provides an overview of what the committee has been engaged in this quarter, including preparing for and implementing the funding call, growth with social media, etc.
- Andy also shares that he has a plan to engage an auditing process to talk to the units that are funded by SFAC
- Jhertau shares that there is a social media plan in the works to create and build the Instagram and social media presence to create more buzz about SFAC and inform more people
- Akirah explains that she is also focused on carryforward funds. She implemented a new program in the division where carryforward funds are being brought to the center where she can reallocate for priority projects.
- Akirah explains that we need to visit languages for referendum that are outdated.
- Akirah talks about the educational plans and guides the learning plan to create a better academic environment
- Akirah explains that planning centers around needs, and where we need partnership. Krato is a partner who has been hired; there are also ideas to give direction and plan taking input from students. Wellbeing is something that is an important part of this plan and how we can be mindful and plan to fill people's cups as they are giving their time and energy. One of the most important things is lessening the burden and burnout in students and staff.
